A great stay at Maison Deux Coeurs - plenty of space for 2 families and the house is very well-equipped: both from an entertainment perspective as well as a practical one (good sized oven, sharp kitchen knives, hair dryers, PS4, squashy arm chairs). Huge hilarity when we couldn't find the top floor on arrival (it was very late, to be fair...). Comfy beds, spacious bedrooms, plenty of hot water. Easy access to skiing - I would definitely recommend leaving your kit at the ski hire shop at the bottom of the gondola (Xtreme Glisses) - it is then an easy walk to and from the gondola and NOT in ski boots. Lots of lovely delis in Samoens for local cheese and meat. We'd also recommend Massif Cooks who come in and cook for a couple of nights (and wash up) - a welcome treat when there are 10 of you to cater for. If you are arriving late, Kukipegs' breakfast hamper on arrival made life very easy for the Sunday morning - we were able to head straight for the ski hire shop to get on the slopes as early as possible. If you have a car, a morning breakfast run to the bakery by the gondola is essential (they open at 6.30a.m. and have the most delicious fresh breads and pastries - and so much less busy than the one in the village centre). The hot tub was very welcome after skiing - and we understand it is being replaced by an even better one for next year - something to look forward to. A top ski holiday all in all. Maison Deux-Coeurs is equipped for every occasion and a lot of thought has gone into the inventory, a fab place to stay. The people in Samoens are very friendly and helpful and the town has a relaxed atmosphere.
The thunderstorms and heavy rain made the white-water rafting a real experience for everyone and the down hill mountain biking, whilst not for the faint hearted, is a great way to spend a day of your holiday. As you ascend the mountain in the Gondola, you will see a black mountain bike track running beneath you. Don't start on this one unless you are either a professional or simply insane!!

We had a lovely stay at Deux-Coeurs, home from home, well equipped, warm and comfortable.
Ideally situated, a few minutes walk from Samoens centre, ski bus stops at the end of the lane a couple of hundred metres away from the house.
As a family group of 10, with a wide range of ages from 3yrs upwards, the house suited us very well and allowed everyone to have their own space.

We had a great time at Maison Deux-Coeurs, over the New Year holiday. A very well equipped and comfortable house. A large sociable downstairs easily accommodates a large number of guests. Upstairs there are plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. There are many local facilities close by which cater for all ages groups and interests.  Excellent skiing and walking nearby, with a number of great walks starting right from the house. We would certainly recommend a stay here as there is lots to do any many places to explore, or a great place to unwind and relax.  A great house in a beautiful area suitable for all seasons.
